Our Story
Strativation was founded on the belief that transformation happens when people, strategy, and systems align.
After years of leading statewide initiatives and supporting leaders across education, government, and mission-driven organizations, we saw a recurring pattern:
Leaders had the vision.
Teams had the dedication.
Organizations had the potential.
But the strategy, systems, and structures needed to bring that vision to life were often fragmented, unclear, or misaligned.
Strativation was created to bridge that gap.
We bring together strategic planning, leadership development, systems thinking, and implementation support to help organizations create clarity, strengthen capacity, and build the conditions where meaningful change can take root.

Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Dr. Beth Wigham, Founder and Principal Consultant of Strativation.
My work is rooted in a lifelong commitment to helping people and systems thrive. With a background in educational leadership, organizational development, implementation and improvement science, and statewide systems design, I’ve spent my career helping leaders navigate complexity, build clarity, and create meaningful change.
I believe strategy isn’t a document, it’s a living process. It’s how leaders align vision with action, empower teams, and create cultures that foster excellence, belonging, and continuous improvement.
EXPERIENCE
Over the past decade, I’ve led major statewide initiatives, built or redesigned frameworks and systems across Oregon’s educational landscape, and partnered with business and industry leaders and organizations to strengthen planning, build capacity, and turn ideas into sustainable action.

I bring a strengths-based, human-centered, and innovation-forward lens to every partnership. I’m drawn to the patterns, possibilities, and connections that others may overlook. And, I work alongside leaders to turn those insights into clear strategy, stronger systems, and meaningful change.
Strativation is the culmination of my professional journey, and the beginning of a new chapter where strategy meets innovation to spark transformative growth.
